Fuglen Fukuoka
2022Fuglen Fukuoka is the brand’s first café on the island of Kyushu, located on the first floor of the newly completed Hakata East Terrace in central Fukuoka City—its second-largest venture in Japan after Fuglen Asakusa.
With soaring ceilings and an airy layout, the space offers an inviting atmosphere. By day, it serves specialty coffee sourced from Fuglen’s Tokyo roastery; by night, it transforms into a cocktail bar offering original drinks and Norwegian craft beer. The interior is marked by Scandinavian minimalism and vintage Norwegian design, balancing warmth with timeless style.
Fuglen Fukuoka は、九州で初となるカフェであり、福岡市中心部に新しく完成した「博多イーストテラス」1階に位置します。浅草店に次ぐ、日本で2番目に大きなフグレンの拠点です。
天井が高く開放的なレイアウトの空間は、居心地の良い雰囲気を生み出しています。昼は東京ロースタリーから届くスペシャルティコーヒーを、夜はオリジナルカクテルやノルウェーのクラフトビールを提供し、カフェからバーへと表情を変えます。
インテリアは北欧のミニマリズムとヴィンテージ・ノルウェーデザインを取り入れ、温かみとタイムレスなスタイルを兼ね備えています。
